At Mango Stationery, we want you to love every pen, planner, and notebook you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the stationery items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring delicate items like fountain pens or ink bottles are well-protected.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
