We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 days depending on the destination.
Can I return personalized or used stationery items?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on personalized items or products that have been opened and used. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
Are your paper products fountain pen friendly?
Yes! Most of our notebooks and journals use high-quality, 100gsm to 120gsm paper designed to resist feathering and ghosting, making them ideal for fountain pens and markers.
Do you offer bulk discounts for corporate gifting?
We certainly do. For orders of 50 units or more, please reach out to our corporate sales team at hello@mangostationery.com for a custom quote and branding options.
